This is a quick, easy, and very tasty recipe I got from a friend of mine. He has it almost every morning for breakfast.
- 1⁄4 cup oats
- 1 cup yogurt (he uses plain I use vanilla)
- 1⁄2 cup milk (I use vanilla flavored soy milk)
- 1 ripe banana
- Put it all in the blender and blend until smooth.
