Banana Oat Breakfast Smoothie

This is a quick, easy, and very tasty recipe I got from a friend of mine. He has it almost every morning for breakfast.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 14 cup oats
  • 1 cup yogurt (he uses plain I use vanilla)
  • 12 cup milk (I use vanilla flavored soy milk)
  • 1 ripe banana


  1. Put it all in the blender and blend until smooth.
