Made this yesterday and DS age 6 said "Now this is the way to eat oatmeal!" The rest of the family that was home enjoyed it very much as well. It is a definite keeper. I used the last of my walnuts in our Easter carrot cake, so I topped the oatmeal with slivered almonds which were very tasty as well. Thanks for posting this recipe.
