  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour loaf pans (5 mini loaf pans or 2 9x5 loaf pans).
  2. In large bowl melt butter.
  3. Stir in sugar until smooth.
  4. Stir in eggs, bananas and walnuts until well blended.
  5. Stir in baking soda, salt and flour.
  6. Bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes or until knife inserted into crown of loaf comes out clean.
  7. Let stand for 5 minutes and turn out on cooling rack.
  8. Cool completely and wrap in aluminum foil to keep in moisture.
