Make and share this Banana Nut Bread recipe from Food.com.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mash bananas together and put aside after task is finished. Cream together sugar and butter. Mix together 2 tablespoons of milk and 2 tablespoons of white vinegar to make sour milk. Add in to sugar and butter.
- Mix in two eggs, vanilla and baking soda.Add in flour and bananas and mix until all is well blended.
- Pour into 2 or 3 separate loaf pans. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
