This recipe came from my Grandmother, Lillie Belle Clarke. She would always make this at Christmas for gifts.

  1. Peel and mash ripe bananas in a bowl. Add eggs and sugar to bananas. Sift together all dry ingredients. Mix together with banana mixture. Pour into greased loaf pan that has been sprayed well with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
