- 2 bananas (ripe)
- 2 eggs
- 2⁄3 cup non-fat powdered milk
- 4 tablespoons water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon butter flavoring
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black walnut flavoring
- 5 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- Mash the bananas in medium bowl.
- Stir in all the rest of the ingredients.
- Bake in a small loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
