Very easy to make. Also a good suggestion, slice leftovers and place into a cooler for instant snack on long car trips.
I made a large loaf for each one of my co-workers for christmas and they all came back raving about how amazing it was. I also took the tip to use a butter pecan cake mix, since I could not find a banana cake mix. It is so easy and so delicious!!! Definitely a keeper!! Thanks!!

This bread is full of wonderful banana flavor! It is such a simple recipe. I baked two loaves at 350 degrees for 45 minutes and they were done just right in the middle although a little burnt on the outer edges. I always seem to have that problem with banana bread, though! I used chopped pecans and they taste delicious in this bread. I froze one loaf for later. Thanks for sharing!
Very good and luscious cake - just for future information you should bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes, you forgot to include baking temp. I used Jello-O instant banana pudding mix and used chopped pecans. I also used 2 large loaf pans instead of the tube or bundt pans. It was very tasty! Thanks for posting, Diane
