  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease a 9×5” loaf pan.
  3. In a large bowl mix flour, baking soda, and salt together.
  4. In another bowl mix melted CANDIQUIK, butter, eggs, and mashed bananas.
  5. Stir banana mixture into the flour mix – until moistened (add nuts if desired) and pour the batter into the loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean….
  7. Allow bread to cool…slightly, if you can wait!
