Banana Muffins
"I like scrounging around used bookstores for old or odd cookbooks. One I found was an old fundraiser put together by a group back in the days when typewriters ruled. This is one of my family's favourites. :)"

- 1 cup white sugar
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 2 large bananas, mashed
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Cream butter and add sugar. When well blended, beat in egg, mashed bananas and vanilla. Blend together dry ingredients and mix inches Fill baking cups about 3/4 full and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

I'm me - that's all I am and whether or not that is a good/bad thing is something left to each person who meets me. I don't think I'm bad - a little lackadaisical mebbe but not bad. :) I know a lot of things, sometimes I'm funny and sometimes I'm downright quirky.
