Moist muffins and are nice to take for lunches or snacks.
Directions:

Mash bananas in bowl.

Add sugar and lightly beaten egg.

Add melted butter.

Add dry ingredients and mix.

Bake at 325 degrees in ungreased muffin tin.

I made everything the same, except that I found I didn't have any white all-purpose flour, but I did have whole wheat all-purpose flour and used it instead.
It was amazing. And good for you too!
