A healthy snack that's fruitilicious. So easy and quick!
- Place 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt, 1/4 cup orange juice, 1/2 sliced banana, and 1/2 mango (peeled and sliced) into a blender.
- Puree the mixture until it's smooth.
I made it very quickly with my immersion blender. I did not use plain yogurt I used Orange CrÃ¨me Yoplait Yogurt and 1/4 cup of Pineapple Orange Juice. All in all it turned out great.
