Something I whipped up today with ingredients on hand. Sometimes I even surprise myself. As always, fresh ingredients are very much preferred. Measurements are not exact. If all of your ingredients are cold, ice will not be needed, but otherwise I'd recommend it.
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1⁄3 cup mango (fresh)
- 2⁄3 cup pineapple (fresh)
- 1 (6 ounce) container low-fat plain yogurt (Mango Apricot)
- Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Add ice if desired.
