Simple vegan ice cream-like dessert. Try adding other things-cinnamon, etc, instead of the chocolate peanut butter, if you like. It's very plain alone.


  1. Let the bananas thaw for an hour or two.
  2. Blend bananas and coconut milk until smooth.
  3. Add peanut butter and blend again until it's mixed inches
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer at least one hour before serving.
