I found this originally at epicurious.com. I love it, though, because I always have soy milk, bananas, and honey around. I think freezing the bananas in advance makes this really creamy. (Prep time is probably the minimum amount of time it would take to freeze bananas?? Mine always stay in the freezer overnight. 5 hours is just a guess).

This is a delicious smoothie! I've never actually measured it, but I've been making a smoothie using the same ingredients for quite a while and it's always sweet and thirst quenching!
- 1 1⁄2 bananas, peeled, cut into 1/2 inch rounds, frozen (this is an important step!)
- 1 cup soymilk lite (1%)
- 1 cup ice cube
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
