Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 29.58 ml pure honey (I use raw honey)
  • 946.36 ml non dairy milk (I use soy or almond)
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 4.92 ml ground flax seed (optional)


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. If desired, add ground flaxseed now. Blend at high speed until a thin, creamy consistency is reached.
  2. Serve immediately.
  3. Enjoy!
