Banana Fritters

Deep fried banana fritters dusted with powdered sugar. YUM!!!! Cook time is per batch.
Directions:

In a large bowl, mash the bananas and mix in milk, eggs and butter until smooth.

In a separate bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Stir dry ingredients into banana mixture.

Heat oil to 375° and drop batter by spoonfuls into hot oil and cook, turning once until brown (about 2 to 5 minutes).

Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar.

When I made this I forgot to put in the sugar (whoops), although it didn't matter when I put them with ice-cream they were great. Highly recommend!

Perfect, love these with the powdered sugar. I didn't fry them, just buttered the pan. Quick and easy to whip up!

I am not a baker in any way, shape or form and I made these - they were amazing. I dusted them with a mixture of cinnamon, sugar and cocoa powder and I served them warm with vanilla bean ice cream. Thanks for a great recipe.
