Made & reviewed for ZWT 4 - Kumquat's Kookin' Kaboodles! I made this earlier & we ate it as a dessert with a little dusting of cocoa powder & some chopped peanuts & almonds. We really loved this & with a little ice & milk it will make a fab shake / smoothie :)

  1. Mash bananas and place in blender with evaporated milk and lime juice.
  2. Add yoghurt and continue to blend for a further 30 seconds.
  3. Spoon or pour into 4 (¼ cup) serving glasses or dessert bowls. Chill.
