      YUMMY! I made another crepe recpe but used the Banana Brown Sugar Sauce for inside. I made a few changes but it still turned out great - used Dark Brown Sugar, substituted maple syrup for the corn syrup, and omitted the rum flavoring. Wonderfully sweet so a little goes a long way. Served with whipped cream on top. Thank you Annacia!

      My Dh says they deserve 10 stars. I have never made or even eaten crepes and these are so yummy and I am very happy to say for a first timer they turned out great LOL. I only got 4 but my crepe pan is a 12 inch one. DECADANT dessert. This is going in my Favorite recipes of 2009 Cookbook. I added a cinnamon whipped cream to the top. Made for Photo Tag Jan 2009

      Made these yesterday, and rated them a 4... but have to say... I'm craving them again, so must change that to a 5* !!! Mmmmm.... this was great!!! Added a splash extra of rum to give it that extra kick! Was excellent! Very rich and nice. Found the crepe batter a bit too thick, so added a little more milk. All in all, great recipe! Thanks for posting Annacia!
