- 2 small frozen bananas
- 1 1⁄2 cups low-fat milk
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg
directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!

This smoothie was actually pretty good. I used 6 oz of vanilla yogurt and 2 medium frozen bananas and skim milk. I also used about 2 tsp of coffee and added about 2 tsp cocoa powder and 2 Tbsp Splenda. Gave it a nice mocha flavor. Next time, I'll leave out the nutmeg, as it seemed to take away from the flavor a bit. Otherwise, a great recipe!
