This smoothie(or milkshake) is YUMMY, especially if you like coconut milk. Great with breakfast food.
- 1⁄2 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute (to taste)
- Put all ingredients into a blender.
