We love this! We is DD1 (5 years old) DD2 (15 months old) and I, young with this smoothie. I used whole ice cubes in a sturdy blender, a different brand of organic full fat coconut milk, for my 5 year old I didn't add the extra but for me and the little one I added in place of the psyllium husks, ect, chia seeds, they kind of didn't blend in because the drink was so cold. I will buy more organic coconut and organic bananas to make this again insha Allah (God willing). Made for Healthy Choices Tag Game 2013.
