Muffins are great!! I use 1 cup flour and 1 cup rolled oats. Only problem I had was not realizing that the oven temperature was in Celsius - first batch took a while to cook.

Those are really good! I made them late one night as a last minute snack for my boys preschool class, what a great choice! I even their teacher tell me those were really tastey, she had never thought of putting chocolate chips in her muffins! Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

made these last night because hubby was craving something sweet. they were ready in a jiffy & tasted great. i halved the recipe because i didn't want to make too many mini-muffins. the only thing i would change next time is maybe i would add a dash of cinnamon and even more chocolate chips. thanks for the great recipe perfect pixie.

Lovely! I halved the recipe but really wished I hadn't - next time I'll probably double it! Absolutely gorgeous - thank you!
