  1. Puree bananas in blender.
  2. In medium bowl, beat pureed bananas, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla until well blended.
  3. In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
  5. Make well in center of dry ingredients; pour in banana mixture.
  6. Mix until just blended.
  7. Spoon into well greased 2 1/2-inch muffin cups.
  8. Bake in 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
  9. Remove from pans and cool.

Soooo delicious! Didn't have walnuts so used pecans. They were great with a cup of coffee
