Banana Chip Cookies

This is a delicious cookie recipe. Kids love it. AND....for those with allergies, it's egg-free. I like to make it with PB chips, but it's great with chocolate chips or a combo of both!

hubby and toddler love these. theyre especially great because hubby is allergic to eggs. also, I sub the bananas for 2/3 c peanut butter and bake for 0nly 13 mins. perfect peanut butter cookies,

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 13 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 large very ripe banana, sliced into 1/2 " slices
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 23 cup milk chocolate chips (OR combo of both) or 23 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (OR combo of both) or 23 cup peanut butter chips (OR combo of both)

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together sugar, butter, sliced banana and vanilla. In a sperate bowl, stir together flour and salt. Gradually combine flour mixture into creamed mixture. Stir in chips.
  2. Drop by Tbsp on to ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes.
