A great breakfast for the Daniel Fast
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced (about 1 cup)
- 1⁄3 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon almonds, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup apricot, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup dried dates
- 1⁄4 cup fig, chopped
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened flaked coconut
- Place all ingredients into a bowl. Pour milk on top.
According to the Daniel fast, you cannot have dairy, so an alternative such as home made almond milk is needed. (No chemicals aloud) otherwise, great recipe idea.
