    Ingredients:

    Serves: 10-15

    Directions:

      Slice the bananas and microwave on 60% power for about 7 minutes. Scrape from plate while still warm. In a processor, pulse the cashews until coarsely chopped. Add the oatmeal and pulse a couple more times. Add all of the other ingredients and blend to a paste. Roll into desired shape, and refrigerate.

      These bars were very tasty - loved the ingredients. But, for some reason, they did not get firm. I followed the recipe and refrigerated them, but they did not firm up. The taste, though, was really good and I might try freezing the recipe to see if it will work. Made for Spring PAC, April, 2013.
