  1. Very good, the carrots caught my attention, a good way to sneak in more veggies, the only thing different I did was to add a hand full of pecans, only because they were there and needed to be used.Thank you for posting, will make again. Lee

I'm a girl who for the first time in her life, is missing frost and snow. I moved from Pennsylvania to North Carolina, following my Marine husband. I love cooking, and apparently my friends are impressed, but I constantly try to be better. I'm just starting to truly make recipes my own. <a href="http://www.recipezaar.com/bb/viewtopic.zsp?p=4076688"><img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/IWasAdoptedfall08.jpg" border="0" alt="PAC Fall 2008"></a> <img src="http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j166/ZaarNicksMom/PACsticker-Adopted.jpg">
