This is a nicely flavored cake with a nice texture. I used half the butter and substituted pear sauce for the other half as well as a combination of Splenda/sugar. It was topped off with 1 cup of Dreamy, Creamy Peanut Butter Frosting. Made for *PAC Spring 2009*
