  1. Preheat oven to 350. Coat 9 inch baking pan with vegetable cooking spray.
  2. Combine flour, cocoa, milk powder, baking soda and salt.
  3. in bowl.
  4. Puree banana, sugar, egg whites, buttermilk and vanilla in food processor until smooth.
  5. Add dry ingredients and pulse just until blended. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
