Smoothie Recipe from the May 2010 Shape Magazine

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup ice cube
  • 12 cup almond milk
  • 1 medium banana, peeled, sliced, frozen
  • 1 medjool dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted almond butter


  1. Place all ingredients in blender in the order listed. Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
