Perfect shake! Froze the banana last night and had it for breakfast this morning before going to the gym. Very filling and quite tasty! Thanks MG!

This has a nice "zing" to it and i like it! I found this recipe this morning so i didn't freeze the banana and it still tasted great! Thanks very much for the recipe!

So absolutely delicious, a great blend of flavours, on a hot morning after a hot night (it was 106°F here yesterday), and so easy to make. And SO low in fat (0.7g)!!! Another make-often shake to be added to my smoothies and shakes cookbook! Thanks for sharing!

These were really good. I chopped up a banana last night and froze it so that I could try it out this morning. My two DS's loved them as did I. Cup up and froze two more bananas for this this morning. I'll post the picture I took later.

This is a super fast breakfast drink. I have really gotten into having smoothies for breakfast, or yogurt. This was an easy way to get something in when I had alot to do, and it was very delicious. The almond extract added an uhmph to it. Thanks for sharing. Will be making this again!
