This is so good!
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 8 ounces plain yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
- 5 ice cubes
- Combine well in blender until ice is crushed.
Yummy! Can't believe I'm the first person to review this recipe! Very quick & easy to make! The smoothie is rich & creamy & tasty. Don't leave out the oj - it adds a nice element of flavour.
Tasty, easy to make, and surprisingly nutritious. My two daughters loved it!
