This is an easy and delicious recipe, and it also freezed well.
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar or 1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 4 over ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Mix eggs, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, vanilla, well then add flour beat slowly, then add bananas.
- Pour in greased bread pans, and bake for approximately 30 to 40 minute.
I had this recipe well a recipe really close to it a few years ago I was so happy to rediscover it. Its sooo yummy i`m really suprised no one else has left a rating or review. I did make one itsy bitsy adjustment though I only used 1/2 tsp. salt thanx for the posting Lola from Texas
