I made 3 mini bread loaves (by E-Z Foil) with 1 recipe to be easily taken out of the freezer when company drops in. Now a definite family favorite! It has a wonderfully crunchy crust. My neighbour (the baker) wanted to know if I had made the crust with sprinkled sugar. Never expected such good results!!! Thanks!

This is very easy and good! I did however add some cinnamon and brown sugar (I like mine sweet) It looked wonderful, smelled great, and was a big hit!

WOW! This was soooo awesome! I cannot believe it was so easy and quick to prepare. I really thought the results were going to be so-so, but boy was I wrong :) I used half brown sugar and half white sugar, but otherwise followed the recipe. I am going to buy more baking mix ASAP so I can make more of this and freeze it. Also, I am going to try it with walnuts. Thank you so much for posting this! P.S. I am not telling ANYONE that it starts out with Bisquick!

Delicious. So easy. Great re-warmed. I used a metal pan and it took an hour in my oven. I used 4 small ripe bananas.

This was fast, easy and very good. I substituted Splenda for the sugar. Thanks for sharing.
