Been making this for years. Great way to use up those old banana's. Tastes good too.

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease loaf pan.
  3. Mix all ingredients till well blended.
  4. Bake 1hr or till inserted toothpick comes out clean.

I added 3/4 cup chocolate chips and made muffins. The recipe made 12 large muffins, baked at 350 for 20 minutes. Yum!
