- 236.59 ml sugar
- 2 eggs
- 59.14 ml softened butter
- 3-4 ripe bananas
- 44.37 ml sour milk
- 4.92 ml baking soda
- 2.46 ml baking powder
- 2.46 ml salt
- 473.18 ml flour (beaten gently into the creamed mix)
- 4.92 ml vanilla
- 236.59 ml nuts (optional)
directions
- Mash bananas, mix with sugar and eggs, set aside.
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Slowly add to wet ingredients.
- Pour into greased (sugared or floured) loaf pan and bake 45 minutes at 325.
