Another recipe that I stole from my college roommate. We usually undercooked ours so the center was still doughy. Sweet and delicious!

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in mixing bowl.
  3. In another bowl mix margarine, eggs, and sugar.
  4. To sugar mixture add bananas, vanilla, water and lemon flavoring.
  5. Beat together and add small amounts of flour mixture until completely mixed.
  6. Grease 2 loaf pans.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour until center is cooked.
