  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Spray 8½ x 4½-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and allspice.
  4. In medium bowl, whisk together bananas, sugar, apple sauce, egg whites, oil and vanilla.
  5. Bake 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
  6. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
  7. Invert onto wire rack; turn right side up.
  8. Cool completely.;.
