This recipe is an "oops" that turned out so good! (it's because of the extra butter). My nephew said it was the "best banana bread he ever had."
- 453.59 g sweet creamy butter (real butter only)
- 6 bananas, mashed
- 4 eggs
- 473.18 ml sugar
- 946.36 ml flour
- 9.85 ml baking soda
- 4.92 ml salt
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cream room temp butter and sugar, and add the rest of the ingredients, mix well.
- Spray 3 loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray.
- Divide batter into the 3 pans and cook for 45 minute or less (I like my banana bread light).
