Banana Bread

ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup chooking oil
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs, slight beaten
- 3 very ripe mashed bananas
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3⁄4 cup chopped nuts
- 3⁄4 cup chocolate chips
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, beat together oil, sugar, eggs and mashed banana.
- Add dry ingredients, milk and vanilla.
- Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
- spray loaf pans with cooking oil and fill to 3/4 full.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
- Insert toothpick, if clear bread is done.
