  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the oil, vanilla, yogurt and eggs; mix well. Add in bananas. Gradually add the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Fold in walnuts.
  2. Pour batter into a greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 170ºC for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
