Banana Bread

"My husband makes this every other week with our leftover bananas. Good for loaf pan or muffin tin. He will often add maple or rum flavoring, if the mood strikes him. There are other entries on this site that are very close, but not exactly like this, and my handwritten recipe is falling apart."

 4. This was so good and so easy! 5 stars for the ease of the recipe and 5 stars for the fact that even my "I hate bananas" 14 year old ate 3 pieces and declared her newfound love of banana bread! LOL! I was truly amazed at how moist and flavorful this bread was using Bisquick and just 2 bananas. The crust was perfect with just a slight "crunch" to it. This is a definite Keeper in my house. Thank you for sharing!

I am a mother of 17yr-15yr-12yr old children. I work 3 days a week outside of the home as a pharmacist. Dinner is always a sore subject for me, because there is never time to make it, and the kids don't eat it anyway. My goal this year is to just forget the kids and make what I think my husband and I want, and then they'll have to try new foods out of desperation!
I've noticed that I tend to give 4 stars as my top score when reviewing a recipe. Am I waiting for that once in a lifetime, mind altering taste? Or am I just too picky? Oh well.....
