- 2 bananas
- 2⁄3 cup olive oil
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1⁄2 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup palm sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- mix everything and put in greased pan.
- bake at 350 derees for 30 minute.
Did anyone else notice the absence of BANANA in this recipe?!? Just an observation.
