great recipe. I made four mini-loaves and put fresh granola, huckleberries and pecans on different ones - delicious!
This was absolutely perfect banana bread! I had no problems with mixing as the reviewer below. I will definitely be making this again and again, my family all loved it, thanks for sharing!
OK Something went horribly wrong here with this recipe. After I added the dry incredients, it was as if I was mixing cement. It was like a rock. In a panic, I added 1/2 cup of milk to the recipe and then it was fine. I THINK SOMEBODY OMITTED THE LIQUID HERE. The recipe turned out beautifully after I did this. Delicious. Please fix this so no one else goes through what I did.
I have made many Banana Breads in my day,using different recipes.I tried this one about 3 yrs ago & have been making it ever since.It's the best that I have tried,my sister now makes it too..I give this a 5 Star rating...
This was really good! It was moist, and had a mild flavor. Personally, I would add cinnamon, but I just love it on anything! LOL And adding walnuts would be a yummy addition too! Thanks for this good and simple recipe! I wonder if you could use the same batter and substitute something like pumpkin in place of the bananas? Hmmmm.... :-)
I chose this recipe because it looked simple and I was cooking with my 4 year old. Not only was it easy but great flavor and so moist!!
This Banana Bread recipe was moist and very flavorful. The ease of making it was quick. I had everything I needed to make this bread and used up some frozen bananas I had in my freezer. Excellent!!
