Always a campfire favorite. You can make it at home as well.

  1. Peel one side of the banana and cut a pocket in it.
  2. In pocket put chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and peanut butter. Close flap and seal in foil.
  3. Bake for about 3to 5 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Open foil and enjoy but be careful it's HOT!

"Banana Boats" are amazing! They combine the three best foods; bananas, chocolate, and peanut butter! I often have this for dinner if I come home crabby! Works every time! I usually leave the top open so that the marshmallows are toasted on top. YUMMY

I am glad to see someone else does the "flap" thing. It works so much better than trying to cram it in the slice. Stays in and you get more filling. We do ours on the bbq when camping. Thanks for sharing!!
