Banana boat is a fun way of eating banana with nut-butter and power foods like Goji berries, Hemp, Chia and Flax Seeds.
- 1 banana, cut length-wise
- 2 tablespoons nut butter, of choice
- 1 tablespoon goji berry
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon seeds (hemp, chia or flax)
