Was very easy and yummy!
I tripled the recipe and it turned out great! I never use muffin papers, I just spray oil on the muffin pan and put the batter right in...easy peasy!

These were great and very moist. Just the right amount of banana flavor. I tucked a Hershey Drop chocolate inside each muffin for a sweet surprise. Delicious!

Very quick and easy to make. All ingredients will already be in your pantry and fridge. Very moist and delicious. Prep and bake times are true to the recipe. Loved these muffins and will make them again.

I bought some Fiber One pancake mix, which wasn't very good, and had a bunch of bananas that were going bad, so this was perfect. These produced great moist muffins, even with all the fiber, with the perfect amount of banana flavor, and had nice big round tops on them. Since I used a horrible pancake mix to begin with and it still made amazing muffins, I'm sure any sort of mix will work.

really good and moist! i LOVE bananas and this has tons of banana flavor.. i only had 1 cup of bisquick left in the box so i used 1 cup of cake flour and they came out perfect! i also had a little batter left to make mini muffins but watch out bc they cook faster than the normal sized muffins. thanks for the great recipe!

Since my youngest was craving banana muffins & we were out of flour we made these. He added a little applesauce into the batter, & they baked up beautifully. They were devoured by everyone. Thanks
