  • Grease and flour 4 mini loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In one bowl, whisk together flour, soda, salt, and sugar. Mix in slightly beaten eggs, applesauce, and mashed bananas. Pour into prepared pans.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
