  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 12 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 medium apple, cored
  • 2 -3 large ice cubes

Directions

  1. Put everything in a blender and puree till the thinkness you want.
  2. Enjoy.

Very easy to make using on hand ingredients. A great filling start to the day. A 'keeper' for me. :)
