  • 1 slightly unripe frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 12 cup natural sugar-free yogurt
  • 2 12 cups strawberries
  • grated nutmeg (optional)

directions

  • Combine all ingredients except nutmeg in a blender and puree until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and dust with nutmeg.
